I think this has to be my all time favorite photo of Steph. It was taken about 10 days after Noah was born... with a Canon digital camera that I had owned for all of about half an hour...

Aren't you funny, Ms. Kris? Oh, the comments I have to live down...
Actually, one of the reasons I like this photo so much is because it is so honest. She has no makeup on. Her hair is not perfect. She is wearing overalls. She is giving me that feisty look that says, "What do you think you're doing?". It's an honest, candid photo of the woman I fell in love with... and it also happens to be taken in great natural light. That's why it is one of my favorites.

Why did you only own the camera for 1/2 hour? Does her look have anything ro do with it? :-) Maybe she had better not read this, shhh...I think she's beautiful too.

I still own the camera, Aunt Virginia... but when this photo (and the one of her and Noey on the sidebar) was taken, the camera was less than an hour old.
