Chocolate

Chocolate is a wonderful thing, but there are so many different types to choose from.

Steph loves white chocolate, but I find it rather flavorless. Some people like dark chocolate, but I find it a tad bitter. When I get a craving for chocolate, I must have smooth, creamy milk chocolate. I always go for the creams in a box of chocolates, while Steph always goes for the nuts and chews.

So, what is your favorite kind of chocolate? Do you prefer dark, white, milk, Belgian, German, Swiss, or possibly NO chocolate at all?

Oh yeah, and Happy Birthday to my lovely wife. I love you Stephanie!

Happy Birthday, Steph! I didn't get my act together to send your gift with Jd today, so it will be late, but I hope you like it!

As for chocolate, give me the dark bitter stuff. Mmmmm-- deep dark hot fudgey goodness over strawberries sounds pretty good right now. Maybe I'll make some for dessert tonight.

White chocolate just tastes like sugar to me.

Happy Birthday to Stephanie!

I will eat any chocolate in a pinch (except unsweetened baker's chocolate), but I agree with you - milk chocolate is my favorite!

And I like chews - no nuts. Or just straight up chocolate.

Chocolate with fruit - I agree with Kris - nothing better!

Happy Birthday to Stephanie as well! On her gift, I thought it was a cow when I bought it, and only later realized it was a pig. (It has cow markings and is very similar in looks to a cow.) I hope she likes it anyway!

As for chocolate, to paraphrase what your Dad used to say about food, I've never met a chocolate I didn't like, except for unsweetened.

Milk chocolate with creamy centers...my favorite! We must be related.

Happy Birthday Steph!
